Jones, of the city of Pensacola, in the county of Escambia and State of Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say: Item. I direct that my body be decently and properly interred in a manner correspoding to my estate and situation in life, and that a neat and substantial tombstone be placed over my grave. Item. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. Item. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mahala Jane, all of my property, both real and personal, wheresover situate, for an during the term of her natural life. Item. Upon the death of my said wife, or in event my said wife should depart this life before myself, I give and devise unto Miss Willie S. Glass, of Kosse, Texas, her heirs and assigns forever, the following described property, to-wit: Lot five (5) in Block Nineteen (19) of the West King Tract, Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Two, South Range Thirty West, as per map of City of Pensacola copyrighted by Thomas C. Watson in 1884. Item. Upon the death of my said wife, or in event of her death before my own, I give and bequeath unto the Palafox Methodist Espiscopal Church, South, of Pensacola, Florida, the full sum of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00). Item. Upon the death of my said wife, or in event of her death before my own, I give, devise and bequeathy unto Miss Emma Harrison, of the city of Pensacola aforesaid, all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, for the term of her natural life, and upon her death, all of the said property is devised and bequeathed unto the children of the body of said Emma Harrison lawfully begotten. Item. In event of the decease of said Emma Harrison, without children of her body lawfully begotten living at the time of the decease of the said Emma Harrison, then I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, unto my brother W.A. Jones, of Dexter, Missouri, his heirs and assigns forever. Item. I do hereby appoint Mr. J.N. Andrews, of the city of Pensacola aforesaid, to be executor of this, my last will and testament. Witness my hand, which I have set to this my will written upon two sheets of paper, signing every sheet upon the margin thereof, this 15th day of June, A.D., 1903. Signed by A.J. Jones.
