Enumerator kept running totals on first line of each page after the first page. This is transcribed as line 1a, and the entry for the first line of each page is transcribed on line 1b. Line 1a on the first transcribed page, 139A and B, is entered as 0 and "prev page total" is entered in the remarks area. 2. Page 140B: line 17 total recorded on original sheet as 16, but actual total is 6. This caused an incorrect page total of the original (687). The correct page total (685) is reflected in the transcription. 3. Page 143B: last three entries in the first column obscured, but could be determined from line totals. 4. Page 144A: Female less than 5 column totals 126, but 125 is entered on original. 6. Page 144B: line 23 (Geo. Willis) total is 5 carried forward from the A sheet with no entries from the B sheet, making the grand total 5; however, line 23 total is recorded as 4 on the original. 7. Page 146B: unreadable figure in first column, but line total indicates it should be a zero. 8. Page 147A: line 23 (James Jessee) has a stray mark that looks like a 1 recorded in Males 10-15 column. 9. Page 148A: line 3 (Jno. B. Lewis) has a stray mark that looks like a 1 recorded in Females 20-30 column. 10. Page 151A: line 26 (Isaac Pate) has a stray mark that looks like a 1 recorded in Males under 5 column. 11. Page 152B: 1 recorded in Colored Deaf & Dumb 25+ column on line 6 (Jas. Gibson) but not totaled at bottom of page. This is corrected on page 153B. 12. Page 154A and B: only 25 families entered on these pages. 26th line noted with "blank line" in remarks. 13. Page 154A: total for Males 30-40 is 159, original records it as 158. Total for Females 5-10 is 174, original records it as 173. 14. Page 154A: line 1b (Neil McGoogan) has a figure which looks like a 0 in Females 10-15. This accounts for the difference between the original column total 138 and transcriptions total of 137. 15. Page 154A: line 10 (Richd. Lloyd) shows 2 males, 1 20-30 and 1 30-40, but line total on 154B shows 13 on original, 14 on transcription. This makes the grand total come out incorrect. 16.
