H. M. Davidson's Company, 6th Fla. Regiment, from the State of Florida; that he was wounded at the battle of Chickamauga, Tenn., Oct 19 1863 while in the discharge of his duties; that he is, by reason of said wounds, unable to perform manual labor; that he is not a pensioner of any other State, or of the United States & that he has resided in this State 20 years next preceding this date. E. L. Allison was a regularly enlisted soldier in Captain R. H. M. Davidson's Company, of the Sixth Regiment of Florida Volunteers, and served as such during the late war; that he is unable to do manual labor by reason of wounds received in the line of duty while so serving; that he is now a citizen of this county and State; that he is not receiving a pension from any other State or from the United States, and that he has resided in this State 20 years next preceding this date.
