There is not much remaining of this cemetery; it is located behind the Swift Creek Methodist Church Cemetery (that portion lying across the street from the church). From I-75 at Jasper, take Exit 451 onto US 129 North and travel 2.5 miles to Junction US 129/US 41. Take US 41 South and travel 11.7 miles, turn left onto CR 137. Travel 1/10 mile and turn left onto SE 142 Blvd and travel 6/10 of a mile the cemetery will be on the left behind the Swift Creek Methodist Church Cemetery. Swift Creek Cemetery was first published by Winnie Smith Hodges in Cemeteries of Hamilton County in 1991. The cemetery was re-surveyed and photographed by Lesleigh Laite Butts on November 29, 2007.
