West Lake Church of God cemetery is located at 4973 NW CR 
141, Jennings, Florida (Section 10 Twp 1N Range 12E).  From 
I-75, west of Jasper, take Exit 460 take State Road 6 West.  
Travel 5.4 miles and turn right onto County Road 141, then 
travel 1.4 miles and West Lake Church of God will be on the 
right.  Turn right onto NW 57th Blvd. (unpaved road next to 
the church) and the cemetery will be on the right, behind 
the church.  

West Lake Church of God Cemetery was first canvassed by 
Winnie Smith Hodges and published in her book “Cemeteries 
of Hamilton County” in 1991.  The cemetery was re-surveyed 
and photographed by Lesleigh Laite Butts February 26, 2007.
