DEED
Daniel Bell and Baptist Church of Christ - Concord
Filed Sept 14, 1841 Perry G. Wall, Clerk

Territory of Florida.  This indenture made this the (unreadable) Hamilton 
County 3 day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
thirty five between Daniel Bell of the County and (unreadable) aforesaid of the 
one part and the Baptist Church of Christ Concord in the same County and 
territory of the other part; witnesseth that the said Daniel Bell for certain 
good cause, viz the high esteem that he has for said church and the due 
worshipping of Almighty God do this day give grant and convey all and singular 
the rights, title and improvements to a certain lot of land containing one acre 
and a quarter lying and being in said county and territory in the 1st Township 
14th Range 8th Section and west half of the SE quarter of said section at a 
post on the west line of the before described eighth of a section from post No. 
1 thence running past five chain to a post marked No. 2 corner and run forth 
two and a half chain post No. 4 thence to the beginning to have and to hold 
said lot of land unto the Baptist Church known by the name of Concord for its 
own proper benefit and privilege, together with all and singular the sites, 
memberances and appurtenances of (unreadable) forever.  And the said Daniel 
Bell for himself his heirs executors administrators and assigns will warrant 
and defend the sites and titles (unreadable) agreement themselves forever.
     In witness, thereof the said Daniel Bell hath hereunto set his hand and 
seal the day and year above written.
