Government headstone for Lewis A.[Anderson] Tyre, Sr., Pvt Co B 5 Fla Inf CSA, 
born 1833 died 1878. Also inscribed - Remains are buried at Rawhide Cemetery 
in Jennings, Florida.  Cemetery no longe maintained.  Headstone is located in 
Dees [Dees] Cemetery, Jasper, Hamilton County, Florida.  

Additional Comments:
Lewis Tyre was born in Georgia and died in Hamilton County, FL. His children: 
Marcus Allen Tyre (1872-1955).
