Above ground crypt of Joseph Eugene Fitzpatrick b. Apr 20, 1924 d. Oct 8, 2006 
with Mary Peterson Fitzpatrick b. Dec 8, 1950 d. n/a.  Located in Evergreen 
Cemetery (East Center Section), Jasper, Hamilton County, Florida.

Additional Comments:
Also inscribed I am safely held in the palm of God's hand. Joeseph's obituary 
provided further info: born in Ashbury Park, New Jersey to the late Joseph and 
Susan Fitzpatrick the youngest of three children with two older siblings, 
Donald and Ruth. Executive with Sobering Corporation, veteran of the United 
States Air Force. He relocated his family to the Atlanta area in the late 
1960’s where he owned, and was involved, in several businesses. “Pappy Joe” 
will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  Survivors: wife of 18 
years, Mary Peterson Fitzpatrick (former resident of Jasper); daughters: Marcy 
and (Frank) Perry, Sharon Deaton, Colleen Hatch, Maureen (John) Adams, and 
Kelly (Brian) Chrey; 11 grandchildren: Eric (Audra) Deaton, Shannon Deaton, 
Huston Hatch, Emily Hatch, Nicole Adams, John Adams, Joseph Adams, Hannah 
Arrigoni Chrey, Tucker Chrey, Caleb Perry, and Lewis Page. Eric and Audra 
Deaton are expecting Mr. Fitzpatrick’s first great-grandchild in April.
