1987.  Located in Evergreen Cemetery, Jasper, Hamilton County, Florida.

Additional Comments:
This is apparently new headstone, the old stone was inscribed Irene Green Johnson died July 21, 1987 
Age 76 Yrs, Wife of Elmer (Horse) Johnson.  Info per Cemeteries of Hamilton County published 1991.
