Headstone of Loraine Underwood [Bamberg] Kiefer b. Sept 6, 1904 d. Sept 12, 
2003.  Located in Evergreen Cemetery (East Center Section), Jasper, Hamilton 
County, Florida.

Additional Comments:
Obituary provided further info:  Loraine Bamberg Kiefer, 99, passed away at 
Atlantic Beach, Florida. Born in High Springs, to the late Draper Underwood 
and Janie Suggs Underwood. Loraine married Frank S. Bamberg, Jr. from Jasper. 
They had two children, Frank S. Bamberg, III and Mary Ann Bamberg. Mr. Bamberg 
passed away in 1944. Loraine later married Jerome C. Kiefer of Lexington, Ky. 
He passed on October of 1990. Member of Jasper First Baptist Church, Woman's 
Club, Garden Club and Historical Society. She was elected several times to 
serve in the Silver-Haired Legislature in Tallahassee and was crowned Queen of 
Florida Diamond Jubilee when she was 75 years old. Preceded in death son, 
Frank, in January, 1993 and her daughter, Mary Ann Krozier, November, 2001. 
Survivors: two grandchildren, Christopher Prescott (Robin), Anne Loraine 
(Harry) Robinson; three great grandchildren: Jason & Lindsay Prescott, Andrew 
Robinson; daughter-in-law, Ruth Bamberg.
