Mae Caldwell Perkins b. Sept 25, 1906 d. Nov 13, 1997.  Located in Evergreen 
Cemetery, Jasper, Hamilton County, Florida.

Additional Comments:
James's ledger inscribed JWP and Ollie's OMP (P larger than the other letters).
Ollie Mae's obituary provided further info: of Jasper, died Jasper; Hamilton County native; daughter of the late Ben M. & Tobitha Caldwell
