d. Dec 23, 1988.  Located in Friendship (Af-Am) Cemetery (that portion of the 
cemetery lying within the fenced area), in rural Jasper, Hamilton County, 
Florida.

Additional Comments:
Birth and death dates are inscribed on the granite flower containers to the 
right and left of the granite cross.
