Concrete marker w/stamped inscription for Gus D. Hayes b. 6-12-1940 d. 10-1-
1994.  Located in Friendship (Af-Am) Cemetery (that portion of the cemetery 
lying within the fenced area), in rural Jasper, Hamilton County, Florida.

Additional Comments:
This marker is on the foot of the vault lid.  Note granite headstone birth 
year inscribed as 1942.
