Concrete marker w/stamped inscription Israel Simmons b. 8-10-1990 [s/b 1894] 
d. 12-8-1894 [s/b 1990].  Located in Friendship (Af-Am) Cemetery (that portion 
of the cemetery lying within the fenced area), in rural Jasper, Hamilton 
County, Florida.

Additional Comments:
The birth/death years were inscribed in reverse.  Florida Death Index lists 
Isreal S. Simmons b. Dec 8, 1894 d. Aug 10, 1990 in Hamilton County.
