You are hereby authorized to solemnize the Rites Of Matrimony (should no legal 
impediment exist) between Mr. A.W. (Alvin Wilkerson "Dock") Arnold and Miss 
Mary J.(Jane) Connell, and upon so doing you are required to make returns to 
this office in terms of law.
