To any Ordained Minister of the Gospel or Judicial Officer, Greetings:

You are hereby authorized to solemnize the Rites of Matrimony (should no legal impediment 
exist) between Mr. William Jordan and Mrs. Susanna Dees, and upon so doing you are required 
to make returns to this office in terms of law.

Given under my hand and official seal this the 5th day of July A. D. 1883.
