D. Almond, of Fort Pierce, spent several days here last week visiting friends. John Brown, of Klondyke, says there is plenty of water and mosquitoes out there now. A. C. Dittmar was here from Fort Pierce one day last week, looking after some land. Judge M. S. Jones is expected soon to visit his son, John C. Jones, at their fine orange grove at Klondyke. B. Dawley is catching and shipping fish from this point. He expects to get a Government position about the first of August and will then leave here for Charleston, S. C.
