John Vernon Hattaway, 79, of Vero Brach. Survivors include his wife of 57 
years, Ruth; sons, William E. of Tampa, and Carl David of Wellborn, Texas; a 
daughter, Linda Musgrave of Wichita Falls, Texas; two brothers, Robbie Hattaway 
of Milledgeville, Ga., and Elmer Hattaway of Hiawassee, Ga.; nine 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was an instructor on aircraft systems maintenance in the Air Force.



Also a master sergeant in the Air Force and a member of the First Baptist 
Church in Vero Beach.
