M. Devours, also borne as Isaac F. M. Deavers, not found as F. M. Deavers, private, Co. D, 20 Battn. Georgia Siege Artillery, also known as Bonauld's Battn. Georgia Vols., Confederate States Army, enlisted September 28, 1863, at Americus, Georgia, for the period of the War. Company muster roll for November and December, 1864, last roll on file, shows him present. After April 9, 1865, this Battn. was consolidated with the 47 Ga. Inf., and the 1st Georgia Regulars, and paroled as of the 1st Ga. Regulars, at Greensboro, North Carolina. One I. F. M. Deavers, private, Co. A, 1 Regt. Georgia regulars, C.S.A., was paroled at Greensboro, North Carolina, May 1, 1865, in accordance with the terms of a Military Convention entered into on the 25th day of April, 1865. Signed: C.H.
