In the Court of the County Judge, State of Florida. Estate of Andrew Jackson
McMillian, Jackson County.

To the Honorable J. Bowers Campbell, Judge of said Court: The petition
of A.J. McMillian respectfully showeth that he is a resident of _______
County, State of Florida; that on the 7th day of December, A.D. 1917, Andrew
Jackson McMillian, of ________, leaving a last will and testament, duly
signed adn attested, as your petitioner believes, which he now presents
to your Honor for probate; that said testator in said will nominated your
petitioner, A.J. McMillian Jr., executor thereof; that said deceased left
property and effects as follows: Both realand personal property. That said
deceased left him surviving Mrs Mollie Hill, Mrs A.J. Dickson Jr., Mrs
L.E. Wester, Mrs Charles Lockey, and A.J. McMilliam, and W.M. McMillian
his only heirs at law; that your petitioner resides at Grand Ridge adn
is willing to accept and undertake the trust confided in him in said will.

Wherefore your petitioner prays that the said will may be admitted to probate,
and Letters Testamentary thereon may be issued to A.J. McMillian Jr., after
proper hearing and proof, and that all other orders necessary may be made.

Know All Men by These Presents;-

That I Andrew Jackson McMullian, of Grand Ridge, Jackson County, Florida,
Knowing and realizing the uncertainties of life, and now being of sound
Mind and Memory, Do make and declare this my last Will and Testament,
First;- I commit my body to the grave and my soul into the hands of my
Merciful Heavenly Father, in the good hopes of a glorious Immortality,
Second;- I desire a Christian burial,
Third;- I desire that all my just and lawful debts be paid from any Money
or property that I may have,
Fourth;- I give to my Son, A,J, Mcmullian, Jr, Lot, Nine (9) in Section,
Thirty-Six (36) Township Four (4) Range Eight (8) also the South-West Quarter
(s-W I/4) of the Norht-East Quarter (N-E, I/4) in Section Thirty (30) Township
Four (4) Range Seven (7) all in Jackson County, Florida, also my Sugar
Kettle and Mill, Mower and Rake, and all Farm Impliments of all kind now
on the place or belonging to me,
Fifth;- To my Daughter Ida Wester, I give my Horse, Named "Frank"
also Harness and Buggy,
Sixth;- To my Daughter Annie Lockey, I give my Jersey Cow,
Seventh;- I desire that the following Real Estate, towit, The South-East
Quarter of the North-West Quarter, and the North-East Quarter of the South-East
Quarter in Section Thirty (30- Township Four (4) Range Seven (7) in Jackson
County, Florida togather with whatever personal Property and Live Stock
as I may have and not otherwise provided for herein, shall be sold and
the proceeds from such property to be equaly divided with my Daughters,
Mollie Hill, Ida Wester, Daisy Dickson, and Annie Lockey. after all my
just and lawful Debts have been paid, ---
Eighth;- Having full confidence in my Son A.J. Mcmullian Jr, I desire that
he be, and is hereby appointed sole Executor, without Bond, In Witness
whereof I have hereinto set my hand and seal this 17th, day of October,
Nineteen hundred and Seventeen,,
