McMillian respectfully showeth that he is a resident of _______ County, State of Florida; that on the 7th day of December, A.D. 1917, Andrew Jackson McMillian, of ________, leaving a last will and testament, duly signed adn attested, as your petitioner believes, which he now presents to your Honor for probate; that said testator in said will nominated your petitioner, A.J. McMillian Jr., executor thereof; that said deceased left property and effects as follows: Both realand personal property. That said deceased left him surviving Mrs Mollie Hill, Mrs A.J. Dickson Jr., Mrs L.E. Wester, Mrs Charles Lockey, and A.J. McMilliam, and W.M. McMillian his only heirs at law; that your petitioner resides at Grand Ridge adn is willing to accept and undertake the trust confided in him in said will.
