Umphries (Umphress), Jefferson County, Florida Joshua Taylor, Appointed Administrator 9 April 1859 (To run 4 times; once a week for 4 weeks) Four weeks after date I will make application to the honorable Judge of Probate (court) of Jefferson County, for leave to sell the real estate belonging to the estate of Mitchel B. Umphries, deceased. Said lands lie about 3 miles north of Monticello on the road leading to Micosukie and bounded on the west by lands of Mrs. Stevens, and on the south by lands of Mrs. Clarke and on the east by lands of T.H.
