Brad T., both of Eustis and Brian of Ventura, Calif.; daughter, Denise Allen of 
Ojai, Calif.; sister, Sally Crosier of Port charlotte; and two grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a registere nurse and a Catholic.
