Frank L. Arbolino, 73, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Arlene; 
daughter, Lynn Ann Shellhammer of East Windsor, N.J.; brothers, Salvatore of 
Cape Canaveral and Richard of New York City; sister, Josephine DeLucia of 
Pawling, N.Y.; and one grandchild.

Additional Comments:
He was a  retired U.S. Government industrial property specialist.



Also an Army veteran of World War II.
