Russell M. Armstrong, 77, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Nancy T.; 
step-son, The Rev. Bruce G. Jones of Matthews, N.C.; one step-daughter, 
Katherine E. Jones of Stockton, Calif.; one sister, Lillian Murtha of Barneget, 
N.J.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired supervisor for the United States Postal Service, a Protestant.

H was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and director of civilian defense of 
Clark, N.J.

Memorial services held at the funeral home, with The Rev Bruce G. Jones 
officiating.
