Nell Talach Ayres,77, Leesburg. Survivors include  two daughters, Barbara Hall 
of Charlotte, N.C., and Linda Baumann of Lady Lake; a son, Charles Alan Felt 
of Chicago; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
A memorial service held at New Life Presbyterian Church  in Fruitland Park.

Hiers Memorial Chapel, Lady Lake, in charge of arrangements.
