daughters, Sherren Mathis of Umatilla and Betty Foster of Eustis; son, Lewis 
Jr. of Orlando; brothers, Leroy L. Clark of Mount Dora, Charles Clark of 
Umatilla, Alphonso S. Clark of Lompoc, Calif. Lawrence E. Clark and Arthur L. 
Clark, both of Umatilla; sisters, Rosia L. Black of Tampa, Ruby L. Dukes of 
Umatilla, Sarah Younman of Jacksonville, and Julis Gilliam of Leesburg.

Additional Comments:
She was a dietary supervisor and a member of Bethel AME Church, Umatilla.

Funeral services held at the church with the Rev. Lance Williams conducting. 

Burial in Piney Grove Cemetery, Umatilla.
