Peculiar, Mo., and Donald Case of Gladstone, Mo. and niece Helen B. Randolph of 
Portville, N.Y.

He was retired from Quaker State Oil and the Mayor of Andover, N.Y. for six 
years.



he was a member and treasurer of the Andover United Presbyterian Church and 
member and elder of First Presbyterian Church  of Eustis.
