John L. Belak, 82, of Lady Lake. Survivors include hisf wife, Julia; daughters, 
Linda Major of Savannah, Ga., and Nancy Adams of Atlanta; brothers, Stanley of 
New Mexico and Edward of Northville, Ohio; three grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was  a retired machinist and a Catholic.



Also an Army veteran of World War II.
