Edward 'Eddie' Bellyk, 74, of Leesburg, died at Hospice House in Tavares. 
Survivors include his wife, Jean C., daughter, Marie B. Bradley of Tallahassee; 
brother, Joseph Bellyk of Sarniaont, Canada and two granddaughters.

Additional Comments:
He was  a member of Morrison Methodist Church of Leesburg.

Funeral services held at Page-Theus Funeral Home.
