Edward Lawrence Bennett, 87, of Fruitland Park. Survivors include his wife 
Mamie H.; a sister-in-law, Frances Wizzard of Fruitland Park; cousins, Susan 
Weston and Sarah Washington, both of Charleston, S.C.; an adopted son, Earl 
Curry and a host of nieces and cousin-in-laws.

Additional Comments:
he was a clerk for the railroad transportation and a member of the New Salem 
missionary Baptist Church, Fruitland Park.

Funeral services held at the church with the Rev. Everett Rachael Jr. 
officiating.
