Merle Morrison Bright, 89, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Frances; 
son, David M. of Zephyrhills; step-son, David E. Wingate of Tampa; step-
daughter Jo Schnedl of Seffner; sister, Frances Slasor of Sidney, Ohio; nine 
grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a district manager for Florida Power and a member of First Baptist 
Church of Leesburg.



Services held at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles Roesel from the church. 
Interment at Oakside Cemetery in Zephyrhills.
