Martin E. Bruce, 76, of Chain-o-Lakes, Grand Island, died in Eustis. Survivors 
include his wife Ruth; son, Larry of Worden, Ill.; daughters, Nancy Jones of 
Venice, Denise Powell of Atlanta, Ga.; brothers, Adrain and William both of 
East Alton, Il., and  Jim of Festus, Mo.; sisters, Charlotte Watts of Mojave, 
Calif., and Jean Forman of Roseburg, Ore.; seven grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a railroad yard conductor and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.



Also a member of the First Baptist Church of East Alton, Ill.
