Survivors include his wife Lea A.; three sons, Larry of Los Angeles, Dan of Hugaton, Kan., and Kabin of Memphis, Tenn.; three daughters, Pamela DeSmit of Bonazz, Ore., Cinty White of Plano, Texas, and Vicky Kern of Wichita; step daughter, Kathleen Spraker of San Diego, Calif., a step son, Bruce Spraker of Gardernerville, Nev., and a sister, Elizabeth Potterton of Arkansas City, Kan.; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Additional Comments: He was retired as a tool and die maker for Cessna Aircraft for Cessna Aircraft Co, Wichita. Also a Protestant and an Army veteran of World War II.
