Willis Ray Chancrllor, 73, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife,Barbara; 
four sons, Bobby T. Bradford of Henderson, KY., James M. Bradford of 
Lewisport, Ky., Gary L. and Bruce A. Chancellor both of Lady Lake; three 
brothers, Bobby, Denver and Max all of Owensboro, Ky., and 19 grandchildren 
and one great-granddaughter.

Additional Comments:
He retired from General Electric Warehouse Division as a maintnance technician.

He was a Baptist and U.S.Army veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict.

Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg, in charge of arrangements.
