Howard W. Clemet,84, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Carol; a son, 
John of Amherst, Mass.; two daughters, Patricia McColloch of Portland, Ore., 
and Martha Denton of Seattle, Wash.; a brother, James W. Clement of Chicago; 
and three grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a Patent Trail Attorney in Chicago.
Appointed to the Presidents Commission of the patent system by President 
Johnson in 1965 .
He was a decorated veteran of World War II serving in England as a flying 
officer with the Eighth Air Force.
