John David Collinsworth, 76, of Leesburg. Survivors include his son, John R. of 
Munster, Ind.; three daughters, Sandy Ferguson and Dorie A. Dziadon, both of 
Thornton, Ill., and Debbie Litke of Lansing, Ill.; nine granddaughters; and two 
great-grandsons.

Additional Comments:
He was a security guard for Golden Gem Growers. 

He was also a U.S. Army veteran of World War II., and a Protestant.
