James A. Dayton,88, of Eustis. Survivors include his wife, Betty B.; son, J. 
William of Hendersonville, Tenn.; step-sons, Alfred Knaub of Castle Rock, 
Colo., Kurt Knaub of Decatur, Ind.; daughter, Diana Masland of Boston, Mass., 
step-daughters, Lucille Knaub of Denver, Colo.;11 grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was president of Intercraft Industries Picture Frame Manufacturing Co. in 
Chicago and the executive vice president of the Spalding Golf Equipment 
Manufacturing Co in Worcester.

He was also a Protestant.
