James W. DeLaite, 83, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Betty M.; son, 
James W. of Largo; stepdaughters, Carol E. Elmore of Newnan, Ga., and Judy J. 
Hamilton of Lexington, N.C.; brothers, Harris Clayton of S. Boston, Va., and 
Donald of Shirley, Mass.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired from a Ford/Mercury dealership in Massachusetts and was 
retired as a salesman for Key Scales Ford in Leesburg.

He was a member of Morrison United Methodist Church and was an Army Air Corps 
veteran of World War II.

A memorial service held at the funeral home Chapel with the Rev. Jodi 
Bernhardt officiating.
