Maxine P. Dengler, 85, of Astor. Survivors include her sons, William E. Smith 
of Phoenix, Ariz., and Robert P. Smith of  Pompano Beach; daughter, Roberta M. 
Malcom of Sunrise; step-son, Richard F. Dengler of Chickamauga, Ga.; step-
daughter, Beverly Overly of Astor; mother, Florence Payne Colegrove of Astor, 
six grndchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a school teacher at Westwood Heights in Ft. Lauderale and a member of 
First Baptist Church in Astor.
