Kenneth Ray Downes, 51, of Umatilla. Survivors include his son, Terence Ray  of 
Eustis; parents Virgil and Lucille of Decatur, Ill.; one step brother and two 
stepsisters.

Additional Comments:
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, serving as a private first class.

Also a member of Paralyzed Veterans of America.

Funeral services held at the funeral home, with the Rev Lawrence Reeves 
officiating.

Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Va.
