Hazel Ellis, 63, of Ferndale. Survivors include her husband, Frank; sons, Terry 
Parr of Aberdeen, N.C., Kenneth Parr of Ferndale and Christopher Parr of Winter 
Garden; brother, Mallory Smith, Jr. and Arvel Smith, both of Ferndale and 
Everett Smith of Lake Wales; and three grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a homemaker and a member of Ferndale Church of God.



Interment at Ferndale Cemetery.
