Dorothy Forman of Albuquerque, N.M,; three nieces, Nancy Helander of Fruitland 
Park, Anita Jupp of Albuquerque, N.M. and Kathi Ball of Pasadena, Texas; three 
stepsons, Ray Farmer, Francis Edwin Farmer, an Ronald Farmer.

Additional Comments:
She was a retired office worker and a member of the Charleston Christian 
church, Charleston, Ind.
