Billy Lee Fitzwater, 71, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Doris Mae of 
Leesburg; two sons, Ronnie L. of Columbia, S. C. and Gary L. of Clermont; 
daughter, Judy A. Hawes of Avon, Ohio; two sisters, Carol Sue Hall of 
Cortland. Ohio, and Jo Ann Dye of Glendale, Ariz.; and eight grandchildren.



Additional Comments:
He was  a retired steelworker for Geneva True Temper, Ohio.
Also attended the First Baptist church of Leesburg.
Also a former owner of Sparky's Fish Camp in Leesburg and served in the U.S. 
Army during the Korean Conflict.
Funeral services held at the funeral home, with Rev. Walter Kurfeldt and the 
Rev. Jay Hawes officiating.
