Charles C. Franklin, 78, of Lady Lake. Survivors include his wife, Joan; a 
daughter, Pamela 'Pam' Simone of N. Salem, N.Y.; sons, Raymond and Trevor both 
of Bedford Hills, N.Y. sisters, Edith of Albany, N.Y. Ethel of England and 
Maureen of Ohio; five grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was an industry manager with a corrections facility in New York and  a 
Protestant.
