Dora; son, Cesar J. Jr. of Mount Dora; brother, Javier Garza of Brownsville, 
Texas; sisters Minerva Garza, Blanca Castillo and Elsa Mazo all of Brownsville, 
Texas.

Additional Comments:
He was an agriculture foreman and member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
