Merle Eugene Halvorson, 72, od Clermont. Survivors include his wife, Marcia K. 
of Clermont; five sons, Robert G. of Marrietta, Ga.; Gregory P., Keith M. Korey 
M., and Michael J. al of Duluth; five daughters, Laura S. Gillette of Cloquet, 
Minn., Julie A. Mullins of Duluth, Gina M. Campbell of Minneola, Lisa K. 
Ciesielski of Orlando and Cindy L. Andrews of Kissimmeee; a brother, Robert of 
Duluth; a sister, Shirley Cheslak of Duluth; and 21 grandchildren.

 

Additional Comments:
He was a retired  general superintendent for Diamond Tool and horseshoe in 
Duluth.



Also a Navy veteran during World War II, and a member of Blessed Sacrament 
Catholic Church in Clermont.



Memorial service held at the funeral home with Father Andrew Wawrzycki 
officiating.
