Elic Segal Hamblen, 83, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Wilma; 
son,Gary of Loiusville, Ky.; daughter, Jeannie Hunter of Cincinnati; and three 
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was proprietor of Pelican Isles Mobile Home Estates and was a member of 
Okahumpka Baptist Church.

He served in the Armed Forces during World War II and was the inventor of a 
self-sharpening lawnmower blade.
