Frank Hartley Sr., 89, of Clermont. Survivors include his wife, Eva; sons, 
Samuel and Frank Jr., both of Miami, Emmett Davis of Rochester, N.Y., the Rev. 
James Williams of Clermont; daughters, Jane Robinson of Pembroke Pines, 
Patricia Cox and Willie Mae Simon, both of Miami, Dr. Eloise Cain of Ft. 
Laurderdale, Catherine Lynum and Thelma Hankins, both of Leesburg.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired railroad spiker and a member of St. Mark AME Church of 
Clermont.



Funeral services held at the Church with the Rev. Bryan Fayson conducting. 
Burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg under the direction of Michael 
A. Floyd Funeral Home, Clermont.
