William L. 'Bill' Harvey, Jr., 88, of Altoona. Survivors include his wife, 
Alice; three daughters, Ann t. Claudio of Seattle, Wash., Jeanette Roswell and 
Linda Crews, both of Sanford; a step-daughter, Barbara Penley of Altoona; 11 
grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was an attendance officer for the Seminole County School System and a 
Baptist.
