Leesburg and Beverly Heath of Leesburg; two sons, Jeremiah Lewis  Heath of 
Orlando and Joshua James Heath of Apopka; a daughter; Jessica Lynn Heath of 
Tavares; a brother Joel M. Heath of Fruitland park; four sisters, Donna House 
of Leesburg, Melinda Michaels of Tavares, Katrina Parhan of Ormond Beach, and 
Jennifer Sorenson of Eustis.

Additional Comments:
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard in Vietnam.
